    Getting to know each other

    You’ve applied and we’ve reached out to you. What happens next? First, you’ll have a chat with your potential future manager and our recruiter. You’ll find out more about the role and life here at RedLynx studio. We’ll also talk about your skills, ways of working and future plans. Our best tip: be yourself!

    Showcasing your skills

    You’ll be asked to complete a test assignment in your own time. Assignments are tailored for each role and always realistic and engaging. You’ll get a taste of the work you would do here, while we get to see your working style and approach to solving problems. Give it your best and let us see you shine! You’ll always get feedback from the hiring team.

    Final interviews

    Last but not least, you’ll meet the people you’d be working closest with and hear more about the projects we’re working on. We want to get to know our future teammates!

Life is good in Finland

Our studio is located in Helsinki, the capital of Finland. Helsinki is a well-known European tech and startup hub, and a serious game industry hotspot. Quality of life is astonishing here, with one of the world’s greatest education systems and universal healthcare. Finland is safe and clean, a place where human rights and equality are valued – a great place to build a permanent life.

Helsinki’s nature, along with the surrounding national parks and archipelago, are always close. The city is known for its numerous festivals and global restaurant scene with a little something for everyone. You’ll feel like a local in no time! In Finland we work hard but also know the importance of free time: we get to enjoy five weeks of holiday per year, along with a number of public holidays.
