Each player begins as a conductor on a neglected wooden coaster, but quickly rockets their way to increasingly challenging jet-fast rides on one of the many coasters found on any of the Extreme Tracks. As players earn coins and gather hearts, they’ll progress through 26 different tracks featuring unique and challenging rollercoasters like Wooden Ways, Metal Mayhem, Loonie Loops and Rapture Rides.

Utilizing a touch-based interface that helps make physics fun, players can soar through huge loops, massive jumps and stomach-turning upside-down tracks as one of five fun animals: The Mouse, Cat, Dog, Pig or Elephant. Nutty Fluffies also features new power-ups for players to take advantage of, like rockets, jump-jets and magnets.

Nutty Fluffies is developed by RedLynx, master of physics based arcade games and developer of the massively popular XBLA title, Trials Evolution.

In the center of a crowd of motorcycle enthusiasts was our place, where people could enjoy motorcycling the RedLynx way. That means lots of epic jumps and faults and, even after failing at the same spot 30 times, people were smiling and holding their controller even more tightly.

The main event for the Saturday was the Trials Evolution Finnish Open Cup 2013. Over forty people wanted to claim the title, and trophy, for “Finland´s Best Trials Player”, as well as a brand new Xbox 360. The finalists were top notch players from Finland, ensuring that the finals were very intense and pulled in spectators from the whole convention. It was awesome to watch the final runs from the huge screen as people were cheering on their favorite rider.

In the final we saw an Epic Battle on "Way of the Ninja" for 1st place. Rider Pietari Majaniemi was making very good progress but the stress got to him at the end and caused a fault allowing Rider Jani Kyllönen to take his time and focus on a clean run. 

At the end of the day, as the smoke cleared and the smell of petrol fuel faded away, Jani Kyllönen was standing at the top of the podium having zero-faulted "Way of the Ninja" while still posting a fast time. Pietari Majaniemi came a very close second place and Anton Kontunen got his third place.

Congratulations to Jani Kyllönen! Finland´s Best Trials Player of 2013.

Sunday was a little more laid back but we held plenty of mini super-cross tournaments where the winner walked away with a huge Trials Evolution flag. Unexpectedly one of the other highlights of the day was one of our level designers, Arno, split his pants live on stage.

Did we have fun? Yes. Did we have a good competition? Definitely yes!
